Shipping FAQ

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or on holidays.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the Carrier first scan to delivery day. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for orders that show as “DELIVERED."

Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday and so on)

Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs and in some cases returned to the sender.

Please note there may be a slight color differentiation on products due to different computer monitors etc. This should be expected and is not within our control.

Domestic Orders

IF YOU RECEIVED A DHL LINK, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PICKED UP BY DHL, PROCESSED THROUGH THE USPS FACILITY, AND THEN DELIVERED TO YOU BY USPS. 

IF YOU RECEIVED A USPS LINK, YOUR ITEM WAS PICKED UP BY USPS AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY USPS. 

It can take up to 3 days for tracking to update once you receive it. 

Within the US The Standard Shipping Cost is $3.95 7-35 days regardless the package weight or the amount of items shipped. 

Within the US The Preferred Shipping - Insured Cost is $4.95 7-35 days regardless the package weight or the amount of items shipped. 

If your order is over $50 you will receive a Free Standard Shipping. The length of shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US.

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that was provided during checkout.

If it is being claimed that packages have not been received after the 20 business days disclaimer and estimated shipping time, the tracking number provided will be checked by us.

What Does Insured Shipping Mean?

If the product is damaged while in transit, a maximum of one more product will be sent to you. Insurance does not cover lost or misplaced packages. You will not receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, only if your order has not been fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is marked as fulfilled, your item is placed in the que to be picked up from USPS.

International Orders

Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs!

Shipping to CANADA is $14.99 flat rate and on orders over $100 the shipping is FREE!

Outside the US The shipping cost is from $19.99

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed/sent out (weekends are not business days).

Please note shipping speed mentioned above are estimated only and we do not guarantee that we ship internationally. Non-major Urban Regions, Northern Regions and Remote Regions may expect longer delivery time. International shipment may expect a delay due to customs clearance. We ship as quick as possible but we have no control over the delivery time.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Not all products are returnable. Please see the product description to see if your product is eligible for a return. Please note that the shipping cost in non-refundable in all cases.

Not all of your items will be sent together, many of them will be sent in a separate packages for coordination and logistic reasons.
